Membership

Currently COFTU has millions of members organized under the registered labour unions and district workers' structures countrywide, including the informal economy. COFTU brings together and coordinates activities of the 24 affiliated national labour unions and 112 District Workers' Forums representing all categories of workers in Uganda; from the public, private, formal and the informal sectors with grassroots structures countrywide.
