Composition of Delegates
The Annual Delegates Conference shall be composed of delegates as follows:
National Executive Committee
Ten members of the National Executive Committee from each affiliated union or organisation.
Women's Committee
Members of the COFTU women committee and one other woman delegate from each affiliated union and or organisation
Young Workers’ Committee
Members of the COFTU Young Workers’ Committee and one additional young workers’ delegate from each affiliate
Workers with Disabilities Committee
Members of the COFTU Workers with Disabilities Committee and one additional worker with disability delegate from each affiliate
District Coordination Committees
The chairperson of every COFTU District Coordination Committee established in accordance with Article 23 of the Constitution.
Additional Affiliate Delegates
One additional delegate for every two thousand members from each affiliate, up to a maximum of ten delegates.
District Workers’ Forums
One representative from each district elected by the members of the COFTU District Workers’ Forum.
